about me

Hi there!  I’m a Northwestern University student working towards my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am so excited to possibly work with you and your loved ones, so here’s a little about me to see if I might be the right fit for you!

my approach

Relationships are fundamental to our emotional and mental well-being, and that's why I am so
passionate about working with individuals, couples, families from a relationship-based perspective.

My approach is one of compassion, understanding, and solutions. I pull from a variety of different methods and techniques of therapy to create a unique approach that will best fit to your situation. Together, we will work to reach your goals as effectively as possible. I want to help you create lasting solutions that fit into your everyday life so you can more easily to maintain your progress long after our time is over.

Understanding what does and doesn’t work for you is key. I try my best to fully understand my clients and get a sneak peak into their world to create long-term solutions to the problems you bring in. Relationships are hard work and require a lot of intentional effort. Together we will work to make them richer, kinder, and more fulfilling.

In my free time I am often with my husband and our dog on a new adventure, playing tennis and
pickleball, or watching baseball or football (depending on the season). If this seems like the right
fit for you, you can contact me directly or click the button below to request a session with me. I
look forward to working with you!
